Creativity
In order to solve complex problems and offer solutions that produce enduring results, we encourage our staff to try new approaches and explore the unusual. We believe that even the craziest ideas can lead to outcomes that benefit the whole team and ultimately our clients. We reinforce this notion at our annual awards ceremony when we recognize our Most Innovative Employee.

Openness
Have a question or concern about a procedure? Have a crazy idea? Don’t just write a memo;
talk to your manager. At Digital Infuzion, we like to operate on an open door policy. Each opinion matters, and we strive to foster an environment where people can freely voice their thoughts and address their supervisors without being inhibited by a rigid hierarchy based on job titles.

Corporate Citizenship
Our desire to help the community and the world is reflected in the projects we pursue as a company.
For example:
Architecting a large enterprise system for NIH to help researchers find a cure for AIDS
Completing projects that help the United States build effective countermeasures to bioterrorism
Providing services to the Department of Health and Human Services to support hurricane relief efforts

We also seek to promote public health and quality of life through various efforts to support the community. We have, for example, given financial support to the March of Dimes, the Children’s Inn at NIH Gala, the American Red Cross, and the Washington DC chapter of the India Literacy Project (ILP-DC), a U.S.-based non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to spreading the cause of literacy in India. And when Hurricane Katrina hit the south coast, employees who wanted to serve as volunteers were granted one week of paid time off to offer help, and we matched employee contributions.

On World AIDS Day 2006, we lauched a company-wide initiative called the Global AIDS Pandemic Reponse at DIFZ (GAPRAD). Each year, we will select a suitable organization that is keeping the promise to stop HIV/AIDS, and we will plan events throughout the year to raise funds to support the selected organization. This year we will be supporting the CHES Orphanage for AIDS Children in Chennai, India.

Why do we believe in these efforts? Because we know we are indebted to the community that has helped our business grow.
